This is a .png file scanned in black & white and at 300 dpi. The original was on 12 in. x 9 in. paper.

You can send the file to any printshop, FedEx, Kinkos etc. Printing at a smaller size will preserve image quality but trying to go too much larger than the original might make the edges look jagged.
